Hej,

Skulle byta bromsbelägg fram när jag upptäckte att bromsskivorna understeg min tjocklek. Så jag köpte mig ett par nya skivor, men när jag skulle lossa skruvarna som håller bromsoket till navhuset fick jag ge upp. Det fanns inte en chans i världen att lossa dom med ordinare verktygsuppsättning samt rikligt med 5-56. Även fästskruven på skivan (insex) satt som berg.

Är det bara att lämna in den på verkstad, eller är det någon som har något bra knep för detta?

Det bästa brukar vara värma med en svets, då lossar det mesta.

Har man tillgång till migsvets kan man svetsa på en mutter, det brukar funka bra, då får man värmen oxå.

Man kan borra bort skallen på insexskruven och helt enkelt strunta i att använda skruven sen.

Våldsmetoden, slå bort skivan i motsatt ände från skruven så går skruven av. Nackdel, man kan få sprickor och sättningar i navet men det är inte faligt för navet. . Men det funkar. (men inget jag rekomenderar)

Tycker urborrning funkar bäst på skivorna.
Skruven är gjord i ett ganska vekt matrial(samma skit som fäster dörrlåsblecket i balken), och har man tur så lossnar den under borrningen.

Ett annat tips vad det gäller borrning är att man tar en 10mm borr, borrar lite försiktigt och skruvskallen lossnar. stumpen som blir kvar fungerar som styrpinne.

Nya skruvar kostade 2:- st på Volvo sist jag handlade.

om du inte har tillgång till svets, funkade kalas-bra för mig, lyckades lossa flera stenhårda skruvar med den.
