Hastighetsmätare.

Hej.
Skulle någon kunna redogöra för mig hur man enklast får ut givaren för hastighetsmätaren?
Den har nämligen nyss gett upp. Den har varit lite sporadisk från och till, men nu verkar den helt död, eller iofs, den fungerar när det är kallt ute, såvida inte motortemperaturen överstiger 50 grader ungf.
Jag har försökt läsa här på forumet angående detta problem.
Det mest förekommande verkar var jordfel och klapp, men det har jag undersökt så det känns som att det endast kan vara givaren? Har även undersökt lödningarna på kretskortet och dom är A ok!
Skulle vara oerhört tacksam för hjälp, (bilen fick UA i lördags på bilprovningen) så om detta skulle fixas vore den som ny

Enklast är om du har möjlighet att lyfta upp bilen, följ höger drivaxel in och desan sitter den inte så längt från utgående axel.

Lossa in insex skruv som håller en hållare (en bygel) Sedan är själva givaren instucken med en oring i huset.

Jag har inte hört någon som haft problem med givaren såvida den inte mekaniskt skadats vid motorlyft eller liknande..
Har du tillgång till ett oscilloskop ( ej var bilmekares verktyg) så kan du kolla om signalen från givaren ( mycket låg nivå) finns fram till instrumentet. Det kan ju vara avbrott i ledning t.ex.
Det "dyra" alternativet är att byta givaren, men då har du ingen koll om det är avbrott på vägen. Med oscilloskopet kan du kolla om utsignalen från givaren (direkt anslutning till givaren) är OK.
Om det är glapp i instrumentanslutningar brukar brukar en hård "dask" på instrumentbrädan få igång det igen. Då har du felet i dåliga lödningar,'.

Jag har försökt att hitta mätvärden på hastighetsgivaren utan resultat.
Kan bara konstatera att tändlägesgivaren är av samma konstruktion, dvs en spole. På en ES87 ska resistansen där vara ca 300 ohm. Vad den ska vara på hastighetsgivaren kan jag inte få fram.
Om du mäter resistansen uppe vid anslutningen till instrumentet, när det hela fungerar så kanske du kan få en uppfattning om "rätt värde". När felet är framme kan du kanske konstatera ett eventuellt (värmeberoende?) avbrott i givaren med tillhörande ledning.
Om inte, så ligger felet med största sannolikhet i instrumentet (dåliga lödningar).

Enklast att kontrollera mätaren och tandhjulet samtidigt tycker jag är att koppla två långa kablar på givaren som man drar in i bilen sedan kör man och låter kompisen mäta. Helst med oscilloscope, men de har inte alla
Annars kan du köra frekvens mätning om du har en bra multimeter, och de SKA man ha om man äger 480

Man kan även mäta spänning. i samtliga fall ökar mät värdet från 0 efterhand som du kör.

på detta sätt ser du om du får signal från givaren. sedan flyttar du kablarna till ingående signal på instrumentet, har du samma värden här så är givare och kablage ok.

och då är det fel i instrumentet, glapp eller kass mätare.

Naturligtvis ska man göra som han rekommenderar.
Mitt förslag var enbart för att hjälpa dom som inte har all mätutrustning. En resistan/volt/ampere meter bör man nog ha oavsett vilken bil man har.
Glöm inte bort:
Om du inte kan använda instrumenten/tolka mätvärden så är inte det dyraste instrument till någon hjälp.
