Problem med förhöjd tomgång?

Tja allihopa!

Här kommer några tips som är värda att titta igenom om man har problem med en pendlande tomgång som jag en gång hade. Problemet uppträdde då enligt följande:

Motorn gick på ~800rpm fram till dess att den blev varm (~60C), då växlade den om och gick därefter hela tiden på 1200-1400rpm.

Lösningen blev en justering av gasspjället. Det sitter nämligen en skruv på vänster sida av spjället (sett om du står med spjället framför dig) som reglerar ett förbipasserande hål. Skruven sitter försjunken i ett hål som finns bakom gasvajer fästet.



Detta förbipasserande hål var i mitt fall så öppet att detta började kännas av då motorn blev varm och en lika rik blandning inte längre var nödvändig. Jag skruvade in skruven hela vägen in så att hålet blev tilltäppt och vips så var problemet borta.

En annan notering värd att nämna är att det i mitt fall var lätt att upptäcka detta förbipasserande hål då det hördes klart och tydligt som ett högfrekvent susande när man tog bort bälgen.

Några tips till tomgångsproblem turbo.

1 Insugningspackningens tätningar kan vara borta/läcka. Detta innebär att när motorn blir varm förändras luftmängden (mer luft högre tomgång)
Prova kall motor, spraya startgas på packningen mellan top och insug.
(Gäller fram tom 89 tror jag, sedan ändrades packningen)

Läckande slangar, det sitter en hel del små slangar till toppen. Spraya med startgas och kolla efter sprickor.

Kontrollera tempgivarens kontakt och sladdar. De kan få avbrott med tiden då kablaget rör sig med motorn. (Ricka, drag försiktigt under motorns gång)

Gör rent spjällhus och gör en grundjustering. Anslagsskruven som fungerar som stopp skall skruvas in till anslag sedan 1/4 varv till. Kontrollera så att det klickar i potensiometern som sitter under (klickandet är = lämnar tomgångsområdet och avaktiverar tomgångsmotorn)

Varvtalsjusteringen sitter bredvid på spjällhuset och kanvara förseglad med en plastplupp. Det är en skruv rakt uppifrån (om jag inte minns fel)
Kläm ihop slangen från tomgångsmotorn, då skall varvtalet ligga på ca 700rpm och sedan ska tomgångmotorn fixa resten.

Det var lite om tomgång.

PS, jag brukar börja med att klämma ihop slangen till tomgångsmotorrn och se vad som händer. I bland kan tom tomgångsmotorn kärva och hänga sig på för hög tomgång. Prova knacka på motorn och se om det händer något (med ex ett skruvmejselskaft)
