Jag har kollat alla kontakter på instrumentbrädan med en multimeter och allt verkar prima. Har även kollat kontakten mellan den ena och den andra änden av 7 pinnars kabeln, dvs. änden som går in i switchen och den som går in i själva instrumentbrädan och allt funkar prima!!:evil: Jag fattar inte vad som är fel och det är just detta som driver mig till vansinne.
Visst är det kul att fixa saker på sina bil, men kravet är att man ser ljuset i slutet av tunneln...
Kan det fortfarande vara kabelns fel?

Ok, ja lödde om alla punkter på både det lilla och det stora kortet, men ingenting hjälpte. Fortfarande samma sak. Jag tog till och med bort lödtennet på det stora kortet och la ditt nytt för att se till så att allt hade bra kontakt, men det hjälpte inte heller.

Fixat! Hittade till slut en skrot som hade en -87 och köpte hela instrumentbrädan. Därefter bytte jag ut saker, en efter en från min ursprungliga bräda och upptäckte att det var det lilla kortet som var boven i dramat. Bytte ut det och vips! Färddatorn funkar hur bra som helst.

Vatten temperaturen? Den var minst sagt en bedrift då den konstant stod på 110 grader så ja förmodade att den inte talade sanning. När jag väl fått igång färddatorn så såg jag mycket riktigt att den visade "cold". Har nu tagit bort den analoga mätaren och det ser omedelbart mycket prydligare ut.
