Modda ej AC till AC?

Hej alla!

Undrar om det är möjligt att modda om min 480ES så att man får en AC anläggning inuti bilen. Vad jag tänkte mig då är att helt enkelt ta alla tillbehör från en 480 med AC eller om möjligt, köpa de från affärer.
Går detta att göra eller är det alltför komplicerat? Någon som har gjort det?

Detta är möjligt. Volvo hade en gång ett ac paket som man kunde köpa löst som ett tillbehör, vet ej om de har det kvar. Tänkte installera ac i min 93a men när volvo uppdaterade 480sarna så uppdaterade de även ac anläggningen med bla en ny kabelmatta. Men du har väll en 480 av äldre modell och då blir det genast lättare att få tag i en anläggning på skroten. Kablarna är fördragna i kabelmattan så det behöver man inte tänka på men det är ett ganska stort jobb att få i kompressor, kondensor, filter m.m.

Var hos volvo idag så ja passade på att fråga angående detta och de svarade att det tyvärr inte gick att köpa. Om det skulle gå, så var det mycket dyrare än om man skulle göra det själv och de hänvisade till AC företag.

Det jag tänkte på var just alla saker som ska in. Vet du kanske vilka saker förutom dessa som ska finnas med i ett AC system eller kanske någonstanns där man kan få reda på det? Vet mycket väl hur ett AC fungerar i praktiken, men har dock aldrig sett hur det är uppbyggt inuti i en bil. Om jag inte misstar mig helt så behövs det en ytterligare drivrem. Denna ska då driva AC'n, eller hur? Tacksam för ytterligare information.

Är "kabelmattan" en benämning eller är det en faktisk samling av kablar någonstanns i bilen? Vart hittar jag den?
